can they eat the thick shells? like crab, lobster, mussels ect.. and if not? how do you get them their crunchy foods? (other than snails) cause snails are like $3 to $4 bucks everywhere around me, which is OUTRAGEOUS! and ive already robbed everyone of their neusance snails lol

Does anyone know what the white "bumps" on the Crayfish are? I've seen them and assumed that they were a parasite of some kind.

I think any shells that are too thick are handled by ripping the meant from the underside of the animal.

The spots on the cray almost look like Nerite snail eggs from your picture.

If that were a goldfish instead of a crayfish I would say breeding stars. Maybe?

at my grocery store, ill pick up a 1/2 a pound of shrimp/clam/ect., its ususally less than 3 dollars and it lasts a while
i just freeze it and then cut off what i need, thaw it and feed
