I have added the Epsom salt, 1 tbs/10 gallon. Do I need to do any water change tomorrow or after I added the salt? Also I will buy the ammonia/nitrate/nitrite kit tomorrow. Thanks you all for replying. Greatly appreciate.

Water changes are always good for a sick fish, but I'd maybe wait a day or two and let the epsom salts do their work.

I agree, I don't know why the heck pH is so pushed.. fish generally don't care what their pH is as long as it is stable, unless you are trying to trigger breeding conditions in some species.

The only reason I ask for pH, is to see if it's extremely acidic--generally a sign of ammonia poisoning.
