Once I dreamed that my tank leaked overnight. It was sad.

God, I hope that never actually happens!

Or a fire, since even my little 10g is a bit much to just put under my arm and carry out the door, unlike the cats...

Kind of a dubious honor.

I have a scratch(big deep one) in one of my tanks.
Does that count?

I don't think so.
Mom is furious with me! Turns out I spilled some water a few days ago and it seeped under a plastic bin... and sat there... for a few days... and I have a hardwood floor... *ulp* The boards are bowed now.

That sucks too. Salt water makes it even worse. My whole bedroom smelled like the ocean for awhile, it's gone now though.

When I first got my tanks, my Dad was telling me about when he had a 20-30 gallon tank. They were moving in a couch with one of those hide-away beds in it. Well, they set the couch down, and the hide-away just flung open and touched the tank's glass. This huge crack went up the front, so my Dad (using his split-second decision-making skills) just puts both arms around the tank, hauls it up, and runs it over to the sink!
Just goes to show that you'd be surprised how well you can run with a tank of water in your hands.

Huh. Guess so. Now, could I do the same thing with *two* 10gs and my 1/2g? Hmmm... I wonder... But I won't try that one at home...
