Ouch! Well, figuring in the teeth, it would make sense that she got startled and smashed into something.
I would agree, send Corvus a PM and see if he has any ideas, Pufferqueen might be a good one to ask as well, even though she's usually more into the saltwater species, she knows a heck of a lot about treatments.
If its blunt injury and not some sort of infection, I would think keeping the water as clean as possible and reducing all stress levels (activity around the tank, lighting, any tankmates that might harass her, etc) and give her time to heal.
Just throwing it out there, you double checked that your heater didn't go wonky or anything like that?

edmlfc1 wrote:Once you get her eyes better then you can trim her teeth. I have seen a puffer before with one side longer than the other, after a few bites out of a mussel the other side broke off and they were even again. I sure hope she starts to feel better soon.

i think if she pulls through i will get away without trimming them the point of the brak is gone so its flat and one is split upward... its pretty upsetting seeing her like that. just for info all heaters and wires are external in a sump appart from a koralia 4 none of her tankmates go near her they know not to mess her about shes just no responding to me at the glass its heartbreaking

She probably just can't see. Try removing things with sharp corners, or wrapping them in something. That way, she won't bump into something else and hurt herself again.

Here's a website that might help you:
http://www.fishyfarmacy.com/diseases.html
I looked through it but couldn't find anything on bloody eyes.

Maybe you can contact them and see what they tell you. Monday is a holiday here so I'm sure they won't be able to answer you until Tuesday. Did you send a pm to Corvus yet?

shes still hanging in there.... for about 12 hours today she was at the top of the tank and for about 30 minutes just i noticed she was swimming around normally but no shes not better she was battling to swim must of drained her now shes back at the top of the tank not moving. im glad the flowerhorns and jags are leaving her alone. popped a mbu up for sale i got last week and my suvattis. if she goes ill sell up i think ..... might be the way i feel at the moment but still. her eye is almost completly filled with fluid. she has had epsom salt baths for 4 days now i have a big water change planned tomorrow in her tank i really cant see it helping but still doing all i can.
