hi,
this species has, as i know never been bred in captivitiy therefore i doubt that.
the juvenile fish in the film do not behave like tipical pufferfish-fry as they are swimming so fast. the last picture does also not look like puffer fry, but it is hard to tell. try a better quality picture!

another example: pictures of monotrete cochinchinensis: http://www.kugelfischforum.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=119 the first picture shows an about two weeks old fish.
