I don't think using maggots as fishing bait is that popular in the states....I fish often and have never seen or heard of anyone using them. I purchased a video that was made by an English man about fishing....he used maggots while fishing the river....Worked pretty good for him.. I'd just have to lose the ternament cause I couldn't handle having them on my boat....yuckies.

Speaking of maggots... I was eating some sugar snap peas tonight & saw a small hole in one. Cracked in half & found one in there! EeeeeeeeWWWWW!!!

He wasn't moving but I had them in the fridge. I considered taking him home to feed somebody.
