Let Nick answer that one. I'm a freshwater person.
One other thing - don't be at all surprised if he eats the other crab. Silversides - by which I assume you mean some sort of feeder fish - aren't too good for him. He needs crusteaceans and mollusks, things with nice crunchy yummy shells, to wear down his teeth. That second crab is a perfect meal for him. Other good food would be shrimp, mussels, cockles, snails, etc. Don't feed him krill, though. That'll give him lockjaw.
