I don't think she's constipated, I think she's not dumping because she isn't eating. Fahakas have a pretty fast metabolism, I found the food turnaround time to be about 24 hours, so if she isn't eating, she's got nothing to dump out. I fed her Friday, the day before you picked her up and she dumped out a couple of hours before you got her on Saturday. I really think she's just pouting and that's why she won't eat. When she gets hungry enough she'll start up again. As long as her color is good, not too dark or light and she has decent body weight she'll be fine. I wormed her a couple of weeks before you got her and she ate after that, so I know she's not parasitized.
One thing you might want to check is GH and KH, I hardened the water using a homemade buffering agent to 80ppm GH and 90 ppm KH, the details are here: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=13635 I'm not sure if the water hardness is the reason she's not eating, in fact it probably isn't but it's the one parameter tthat might be different in our tanks, so it's at least worth thinking about. If you do want to buffer the water, I'll walk you through the process and we'll do it in slow increments.
I know you're stressed and I'm sorry that you are and I know you're worried about her but I'm sure she'll be fine. She grew the normal inch a month for me and she's always been a healthy fish and I really think the only problem is that she went from the tank she'd been in from 2 inches to 10 inches and feeding from my hand to a new tank and new faces with a new feeding regiment. She still has plenty of bulk, her belly isn't close to sunken in and she's still active, so I'm confident that everything will work out.
