Ok so I'll give it a few days then and hope for the best...I really like DJ a lot. He's interesting...I actually caught him eating a few bloodworms, but the situation was the I literally dropped a scoop on top of his head and it was like pretty much no choice but to eat and he inhaled a few bloodworms....You think maybe he's just lazy

My Puffers: 1 GSP (Microfiche) RIP, 1 Monotrete Turgidus (Leon) in a 30gal. 1 Monotrete suvattii in a 40 gal FW. 120 gallon BW with 3 juvenile Dragon Gobies (so cool). 55 gal with a 2" GSP named Hank. 180 gallon being set up for a Fahaka in the next few months!
That's actually about normal. They really don't hunt for their food, like PP said, their eyes are tiny and their vision is really poor. Once he settles I'd definitely try sinking shrimp pellets. They have a strong scent in the water and are easier for him to find.

Ok heres the picture of DJ and the rest of the family....I went back today to Aquarium Adventure and the owner actually sold me a GSP from the "Display Tank" ....I was deeply honored! Thats about the only tank that is like spick and span and is well kept.
So my GSP is home, his name is Zhabi. I named hom Zhabi from the Halal vendor that sells the middle eastern food near my house. He also ate bloodworms while I was attempting to feed the Dragon Goby...Eating on his first 3 hours in the tank is a really awesome sign of good health.
