One fahaka would do well in a 125
you should probably not keep more than one congo puffer in a single tank...

I think all the ones you mention are pretty aggressive, so I don't think putting other fish in there would be the wisest thing to do. Also, I agree with Jase, I don't think multiple congos would work, unless you get a male and female as Myaj says, but it is impossible to tell what sex they are so you would need a spare tank ready to move one out if they got aggressive with each other.

One with a wall between them.
One of our members bought what was promised to her to be a "pair". She tried them in I believe a 55 with a divider between them, in the hopes that if she saw any spawning behavior she could remove the divider. I dont' think she had any luck, they were too aggressive.
If you want some ideas, read Rocker's article about breeding Arrowheads, its in the Library. Most of the lurker species are about the same physical size and aggression levels..
The thing is.. they can kill each other in seconds.. no matter how big the tank is or how well they seem to be getting along.
