In my side of town cost more then $30 per dual light hood/strip for a 24" that fits a 20 gal tank but i will get one for the sake of my aqua plants. THIS HOBBY IS KILLING MY WALLET!!!

Don't buy a florescent one, buy a cheapo screw in bulb hood...

They are sold at home depot or lowes or hardware stores,t hey look like a big spiral of fluorescent stuff but end with a screw in bulb part.
