Do you still need to add stuff back to the water in a FW tank with RO water if it has Fluorite or Eco-Complete as a substrate? Or does the substrate have enough minerals and stuff to make it safe?

Rocco, yes, you do still need to adjust the RO water somehow. If you aren't adding any tap water, RO right, or marine salt, that is. RO Right isn't that expensive and you only use a tiny bit, so its not a huge expense or hassle, really.
