70 degrees is definately too cool.. that slows down their metabolism, which would explain why he's not moving too much, darkened his colors. Probably not eating much either.

Your tank probably isn't cycled either, so there's likely ammonia and nitrite poisoning going on. Which is why you need to find out those amounts ASAP, so you know how bad it is and what to do to help.

The white dots might be ich, or they might be spines.. puffers have small, white spines all over their bodies that you have to look close to see. If they look like little grains of salt, then it probably is ich.

Puffers are very sensitve to medications, so its never a good idea to just drop meds in there without knowing what you are doing.

Best thing you can do is daily water changes, and try to answer all the questions listed in the red box at the top of the page. If you don't have your own test kit, take some water from his tank to a good local store and have them test it. Get actual numbers, don't let them tell you "its fine".

Most likely your water parameter is bad, casuing stress to the GSP, leading to infection of ICH (which is AWLAYS SOMEHOW PRESENT. DANG). Reduce stress on the fish!, HUGE WC. Heating the water up would speed up the process of killing those parasite. It all in the library =)

I mean brackish's in the middle, the ich parasite might still survive the sub optimal condition. Even lowerin / raising the SG slowly (giving puffers to adapt) might have chances for ICH to survive too.[the hyposalinity for marine, and aquarium salt for fresh].
Does using the dipping method with drastic difference in SG prove more effective??

Yes, those are the ones I am doing right now. I am going to be selling to LFS around the coast here and possibly start shipping wholesale to other places across the states. It's my new full-time job.

They go for $50 ea, at my LFS.

That was the price I was looking at. I might go cheaper if I can get people buying them at wholesale.

Now he is doing much better the white spot is gone which caused by ich and i already raised the temperature to 78-80, but now there is something weird happened today his tail always at one side and not straight ><.

Your water temperature definately could have contributed to the ich and must be raised to 78 degrees immediately. Treat with medication, as well as try garlic extract that can be purchased at local fish store. You may also want to check ph to be sure it is 8.2, ammonia is 0, nitrite is 0, nitrate less than 40ppm and salinity 1.022.
