Spots are likely lymphocystis a more or less harmless virus occuring often when marine fish are stressed or water quality declines. Except high water quality and varied vitamin enriched diet there is not much you can do about it. To be sure check these are not salt grain like, that would be Cryptocaryon (marine ich).
Just in case you have to treat IP: Praziquantel is often recommended for SW fish. Here's a more circumferring debate on SW wormers:

I agree, the spots look like damaged fin rays and will heal by themselves.

I did a water change and the spots have cleared up almost completely. What should I do for feeding since she's still tiny? She won't touch mysis or clams on the half shell only krill and bloodworms. Should I just keep feeding her that untill she fattens up a bit or should I try to get her to eat better foods?

I would just feed what she will eat (more bloodworms than krill though) until she settles in. Then once she's more comfortable and secure, start introducing more foods.

My Lined Burrfish has had a white spot like that ever since I got him, and it persisted after treating him for ich when I got him (note: I did not treat him just because of the suspicious fin spot; he had an obvious case of marine ich) and with antibiotics after the ich treatments, so I'm pretty sure it is just a scar. I wouldn't be too concerned, but certainly keep an eye on it for a while to be sure. Adorable puffer by the way.

That's a good idea thanks boxermom, she prefers bloodworms anyway.
Thanks oralacerta her white spot things have almost totally dissapeared. But I'll still keep an eye on it.

My porc would get spots that looked exactly like that from time to time. They tended to heal up on their own.

So about 2 days ago I went to my LFS they had a porc about the size of the part of my thumb that bends. It was so small! But yeah back on topic.
Shelby puffed today and today she had an outbreak of those cysts again only much smaller and much more ich like. She was stressing like crazy. I did 2 50+ water changes but she still stressed. About 10 minutes ago she pooped and is doing better now. I'm assuming she was just constipated. But the poop came out in the form of bloodworms and everything. Is it possible that it's malnutrition and I should try to wean her onto more healthy food now that she's fattened up a bit?

So she's doing better but I edfinitely think she has ich. Should I treat it or just do daily water changes? She doesn't act any different though so I guess that's a good thing.

Ich definitely needs to be treated IMO. If left untreated, they can eventually kill the fish.

What do you have going on in QT right now? Is it possible it has IPs & is pooping out live worms or is that all you're feeeding it?

Basically all she's been eating was bloodworms and a little krill every 2 days. Now that she's fattened up I'm going to try other foods. Also I found out that my mom has been throwing in little chunks of bloodworms that weren't dethawed so i think that could have been part of the constiipation and such.
The only meds I put into the qurantine were 2 half capsules of pennicilin (It said 1 pill for 10 gallons every other day) Is that good medicine for ich or should I do something else? What about FW baths would that work?
