again this cat i have chooses to play in the pond??i thoght i knew cats this one is not right he likes water..im gonna have to put barb wire up i guess i cant have him sitting in there playing in the fountain

Had a scary delivery last night. =(
Went to the address I was told, but someone down the block was like, "down here, this is the actual address..." He had 2 black eyes, and a couple cuts on his face. He said I was overly nice and acted a little... messed up...he was happy I had thrown in an extra ranch package, and gave me a $8 tip. Then he said, "Now, Don't tell on us!" I asked, "what for?" and he scurried inside, "Oh, Nothing!"

Okaaayy... I drive back to the store.

I had just told my manager how wierd it was, was pretty creepy really how it all went down. Then the guy calls, saying he didn't get his napkins. I took the order, made the food and delivered it - and had they asked for them I'd have brought them. "Can you bring us some, for free? Just come up to the door I went in, (which was inside of enclosed porch without a door, still low visibility) just knock, and everything will be okay...." That struck me funny how he said it so I didn't go back. They said they would just have to come to the store and pick them up (seriously, won't drive to get food but you'll drive across town for napkins?) but they never showed.

THEN I got pulled over on the way home. (56 in a 50).

I also wonder if there is something going on around here... I saw 3 helicopters (different colors) flyin around near where I live. Also, last night witnessed about 50 cop cars, fire trucks, ambulances, and large flashy unmarked vehicles (was dark, but they were unmarked and large boxy trucks) all head towards the highway, a lot went down the highway, and the rest did a U Turn and went BACK the way they came, just as fast as they got there. (i was right in the middle, alone - in a turn lane gettin ready to go UP the highway when I was swarmed by all this, and it dissipated.)

Yesterday was weird.

hmmm OYK you should visit your local news website and see if it says anything about what happened. that is really wierd and how it went down when you took stuff there and when they called back with the "everything will be ok" part

I'm impossible to offend - however, that was a bit out there Brent Being in such a public forum, and as well as not knowing the person it was a bit risky. However, I'm not offended. It's definitely something that crosses my mind every time I go on a delivery. It could very well happen.

As for the crazy episode of police - they had gotten a call about a really bad car accident and was told it was at that intersection (where one highway T's with another) and it was actually further west, where another highway T's with that one, AND out of our jurisdiction - kind of. The police would have been out of their area, but the EMS would have been within their area. Poor kid driving didn't have a chance, crossed center (probably texting and driving) and he was in tact with the seatbelt holding him in - and yet he was also ejected.... not sure... IDK.

As for the other wierdos, IDK either. I have their receipt saved (name, address and phone number on it) with a written note. Only way to keep my own notes straight is to keep them!
