I have a bad habit of speaking to people's pets before I acknowledge that there's a person attached. ;)

Jim's my sweetheart/partner/dive buddy. He's the one who got me into cichlids. When I met him, I was impressed that he's cared for a pair of Red-ear Slider turtles since 1980, when he bought them for his young son.

Speaking of diving, here's another picture... this is me and my twin sister, diving in Bonaire in June 2008. We're recreating our pre-birth experience in my mother's womb.

Yellow fins. (I have to look at fin color in our diving pix because I can't tell us apart sometimes. We unknowingly bought almost identical wetsuits, so those don't help. LOL)

I have twin cousins that we grew up together, they are like my sisters rather then cousins. If they did not speak, no one would be able to tell them apart when they where young plus wearing everything the same did'nt help telling them apart either..lol.

We are identical! We're actually mirror twins (http://multiples.about.com/od/glossary/ ... getwin.htm); I'm left-handed and she's right-handed.

I hadn't either! I haven't met any other mirror twins. My mom likes to occasionally remind us that we're mutants. :)

Angela, I LOVE your hair. Is it naturally like that or permed?
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.
