Even I wouldn't touch one of those with a 30m cattle prod...

I played with one of those as a kid, it was fun.

Mom: "Don't you ever, ever do that at our house! It's evil! I can't believe you bought that! I'm not happy... blah blah blah."

Any good stories, Flutter? Did it move for you? Image

Yep, it moved. We played with it for hours. We were young and just asked silly questions. I'm really on the fence as to who's moving them though

I treat those things like academic research sources - if you don't know where the information is coming from, don't use it!

Yeah, I guess that's the only bad thing about them. You need two people... no way to know who's doing the moving.

I wonder how you close 'the gateway.'

Who said anything about using the info. It's just for fun, Claire (Clare?). :)

Clare. :)

Things can stick in your mind, though - the power of suggestion.

Ouija boards were not allowed in our house - one of those 'don't even ask' subjects. I used one once, it didn't do anything... I think that they are bull-hooey (yanno, unless you are in someplace like my current residence or something - with a disgruntled spirit - not that I have one of THOSE around...) maybe we were just in 'un-haunted' territory at the time, or with someone who didn't want to play. We were young and I suppose all too honest to try and fake the others out.

Quija, does that sound like "weegee"?

Lol I did a weegee board before, kinda scary. It was actually freaky, we were in the attic and the power went out, except for the attic. And the board said "go"

Im a skeptic, but have friends who believe in the such. I tried the weegeee, she kept moving the thing and was a bad liar about it...

John- Sounds spooky. ;]

That would be pretty crappy Mekong. Or rather, annoying.

My aunt wants to (choosing my words carefully) use the Ouija board with me. I don't think she's the type to fake anything.

Worst/best of all I think there is a spirit in this house... I always get paranoid around three AM here, and sometimes catch glimpses of things that I can't confirm because they're gone too fast. Should be fun though. :D

My school residence was haunted (saw ghosts multiple times and heavy heavy doors would open and close). I think my house might be haunted too (voices, shapes, and random feelings of absolute terror). Thankfully my apartment is not haunted :)
