I fast all my other fish one day a week, except for the fry. Should I be doing this for my f8 puffers? They are around 1" now. I have been feeding them once a day with a wc 4 hours later.

Fasting one day a week is fine. That's what i usually do with all of my fish.

LOL! I think that our tank practices are quite similar on most things.

I feed all my bigger puffers only twice a week.

You have no idea how comforting that is to me.

Rocker, I thought that since the f8's were still growing they needed to be fed everyday. When they are adults it is every other day. Is that correct?
I really want to do the right things with these guys so they will have a happy healthy long life.

Yes I was relating to the bigger puffers. As regards the smaller species, irrubesco, SAP and DP, I feed daily.
As for Fig 8's you not get better advice than RTR's
