hi at all,
because of "breeding fahaka puffer" being closed, i will answer on that here:
lineatus have been breeding several times in tanks, while i will never understand how people even get two of them living in a tank... seems to bee possible if you have two youngsters and a big tank where they can grow together.
take a look at this elder link: http://www.dmuratov.com/publications/br ... e_puffers/

Thank you Martin.
I've looked for that link.
The Puffer Forum had correspondance with the author of the article a beetween 1-2 years ago.
The author went more deeply into how he keep his Fahakas, and answered a load of questions.
This thread was sadly lost at one point in time.
Do anyone remember who originally posted it?

In fact; no...
I have never seen that thread before and I see that the thread was started at a time I spent hovering internetless in limbo.
I seem to remember a thread at the very end of our time at the unmentionable *The Horror, The Horror* (shhh... Proboards) where someone had sent an email to dmuratov, containing around 20 questions which he was kind enough to respond to.
For some reason I think it might have been LinearChaos who sent the mail, but I am not to be trusted when it comes to memories.
