Need Help with Congo Puffer

Too little sand... Wrong estimation on my part. Can I just add in more sand? I'll wash the sand plenty of times...

Yup, you can add the sand. Just turn of your filter for about an hour.

Just be sure to not just dump the sand in the tank. Try to put it in a plastic cup or something that is filled with water so you can 'gently' layer it in the tank so it doesn't kick up sand that might go into the filter, good tip is to turn off the filter for a while as LL said.
