Hey guys! I’ve had my avocado puffer in a 40g planted for about a month now.
He’s alone, eating, and very happy. But he seems incredibly… bored. He’s on a stand in my room, like my arrowhead in her tank. But while she spends the day wallowing and amusing herself, he stares at me and refuses to enjoy his tank.
I was wondering if tank mates would help. I just don’t know much about avocado puffers! His tank has a wave maker, bubbler bar, drift wood and an intense Val forest, so he does enjoy that. But, I’m not always around to amuse him and I feel awful.
Are they like my Amazon puffers and need buddies?
Edit; not my Pao turgidis, the ACTUAL avocado puffer
