New tank for GSP
New tank for GSP
How do I cycle my new 160-liter (42,27 gallons) aquarium for a brackish water setup with a GSP (Green Spotted Puffer)? Since GSPs are sold in brackish water, should I cycle with freshwater fish, and once the parameters are good, replace them, add salt, and then introduce the GSP? Looking for advice on the right process.

Re: New tank for GSP
Can you find out what specific gravity these fish are in at the store and ask them for some of their media to start your bacterial bed with?

I will be ordering the GSP from online when the tank is ready and fully cycled.
