I trimmed thier teeth about 2 months ago, I used clove oil because I didn't have time to order ms222. I was nervous and did a pretty poor job and they need trimmed again already. I read an article that says "This species should not be offered krill, cockles, mussels, clams, oysters or similar mollusks." The article doesn't explain why. Krill I understand can cause lock jaw if feed to often, but i can't find any info about the others

Because they are SW animals. I don't see why you occasionally can't feed them these things. I feed all of that to my fahaka but mostly crayfish. Snails should be 90% of an SAP's diet.
