Hello friends,
Im new in this group. I've been feeding fish for 15 years(generally south american cichlids) but first time im feeding puffers. Last week i bought 2 fahaka puffer fishes. They r more less 4cm/1,5inc. I puted they to my empty quarantine aquarium(50*50*50cm/125lt). I give them mussels, shrimp, and bloodworm. 2 times feeding in a day. Im not started to gave shelled snails or something cuz im thinking they cant eat for now.
2 Times water change in a weak + after water changes im adding "reeflowers mineral gh+" for a calcium. Cuz all Fishes need calcium when they growing. Idk did i wrong or do u any advice for they Thank you

Lovely tank, your puffer will love it! Will you be re-homing the other one?

Thank you Ill hold other one to my 50*50*50 quarantine aquarium for a while. So i can compare to they which is better. Growin tank or big and decorated tank. Which one will grow faster or like this and i can get some experience on they.

Yes I read it all. " we don't actually recommend grow out tanks for this species. " It's going to be like an experiment. I will compare 2 different situations. which is better.
