New figure 8 puffer

Post by Puff'n »

Hi,

I am new to this forum so I first want to introduce myself. I have been keeping fish for many years. I started with freshwater and ventured into saltwater about 10 years ago. About 11 years ago I kept a pea puffer for 5 years until one day I came home to find him on the floor :( I was so upset that I broke down the tank and quit fw altogether. I now have a 2 year old daughter who loves my reef tank so I decided to get her a fish tank and remembering how much I adored my puffer, I knew it would be prefect. I waited for over a month for my lfs to get a dwarf puffer and they were never able to get them in so decided to get a figure 8 puffer. Once I got home, I started doing some research and discovered that they require sw. So my question is how much? Different sites say different things. I have all the supplies for a sw/brackish tank just need someone to help me execute the conversion. Thank for any input :)
