GSP interacting w pink tip anenome

I've had GSPuffers and F8 Puffers for 11years and recently converted my 1 GSP to salt in my 29gal. I had always wanted to go full salt but mainly did it bc his coloration was off but all water conditions were tested good for brackish. He was still eating and didnt show signs of internal/ intestinal illness that puffers are prone to. Thought converting would help him.

So when water was ready (and our new lighting was in) we also added some beginner corals (waving hands and zao anthids). All was good but puffer still had discoloration on his belly (his green was all back to normal) after 2 mo salt. Was eating even better and started him on frozen brine shrimp. I then got excited and added a pink tip anemone. I should say my GSP has always been pretty easy going compared to others I've had.

About 4 hours after anemone was in the tank I passed by it (lights were out for the night). I turned on a dim room light to check on them and the puffer was INSIDE the anemone. At first I thought one was hurting the other but then he came quickly out and went back in, brushed inside the anemone and came back out again, similar to what a clown does with an anemone. I got closer to see if the GSP was eating it (which i didnt see him doing) and THEN I see his belly was fully white again (when it hadnt been in probably 10 months and was def not earlier that night.)

He is swimming normal, belly and colors perfectly back to normal and visits the anemone every once in a while. This only happened a few hours ago at the time of this post.

Has anyone ever heard of this? could he just had been bored?? I don't know what to think.
