i agree with PP, looks like a target species, but it may be impossible to confirm without a larger photo.
there are a few threads around here on how to upload a photo, and you can start by going to http://www.photobucket.com start an account there, and then you can upload a photo to the acount, then checkmark the photo from your album, click "generate html and img code" then copy and paste code for message boards right onto your post on this forum, and your photo will apear in your post.
