I am moving from the south to the west of England about 5 hours in the car
((( HOW THE HELL AM I GONNA MOVE HIM/HER ??? )))
I have a few ideas but would like to here from anyone who has moved one of this size or bigger
Thanks in advance :0)
My advice is to do what I did; Pay someone.
My LFS has a big panel van full of everything, including automated life support methods. They moved ALL of my tanks, set them back up, filled them with clean water of appropriate type and parameters and left. It took them 10h to get it all done...not bad, and no worries for me.

Sweetness.

It did cost $2053.20 USD though...but Im gonna say worth it. I lost no fish, didn't break anything and did not have to lift a finger...plus they did it in one day. It was a 178 mile move too....I am not sure what 5h by car in England works out to, not knowing the speed limits (...suggestions haha) on your "A" and "B" roads, but if you can find a willing and qualified store, at least consider the option.

Motorway 70mph, 60 on a roads unless national applied. 20-40 mph on normal roads. In rush hour a mile can take an hour to cross. Our roads are poo lol
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly
