Do you think this guy is a deep sea dwelling cousin to puffers? Some similar shared traits observed are the large mobile eyes. (despite being in a very unusual position) And their fins. (see video)

No idea about its relation to puffers but that is one neat and strange looking fish.
Unusually enough, this is not the first time I've seen this fish.
Octonauts (little kids show on disney junior) featured this fish in one of their episodes. (they do one fish per episode)
I just found it neat to come across this particular fish yet again.
Either way, guess shouldn't be too surprised on what is discovered in the ocean depths.

Its being said that its not related to puffers but regardless it looks like a mutant SAP to me.

Deep sea really accounts for some strange adaption. Where else can a clear head be an advantage?
