thinking dwarfs

Post by fphipps »

so im interested in some dwarf puffers. the GSP isnt going to work out for me right now. i have plenty of experience keeping fresh and salt water fish. i have a 15 gallon tall hex tank in my living room that is moderately planted with java moss and anubias. this tank has been up and running for about 3 years and i have had cherry shrimp breeding in there for a while. i also have 5 espie(lambchop) rasboras in the tank. they are harmless and keep to themselves at the top of the tank. i understand the shrimp will get eaten. im fine with that. something new needs to be added to the tank to spice it up. how many dwarf puffers could i put i there? will they bother my rasboras?

I keep 3 (1 m/2 F) in a 10g hex. I have a huge anubius plant growing up the middle. It's kinda hard to find them in there, it's so big but I think they really like playing Hide-n-seek! I have 1 oto with them but no other fish. I'd think the rasboras would be at risk.
