Hi all
I'm trying to find a suitable bottom feeder to go with my gsp
Has anyone have any ideas
I know there is not much I can put with them
But there must be something I can put in
I hope

+1 to DGabbs, in England they're called River Shrimp. They sell for roughly £1 for 20DGabbs wrote:Ghost shrimp until they're eaten...

Re: Floor cleaner
Thank you for reply
I do put feeder shrimp in but don't last long
Also wife feels sorry for them and I get a hard time
Would like something the puffer won't eat

Is your tank full marine, if so you could look into getting a Goatfish. They have whiskers that they use to sieve through the sand.
Have a read here:-

I don't have any personal experience keeping Goatfish and GSP's together and I've found nothing on the net to say if they are compatible. If your GSP is a nice/timid puffer he maybe ok, but be ready to rehome the Goatfish if it doesn't work out

Goatfish grow quite large & like to travel in schools. With GSPs, you're going to have to be sure not to overfeed so there aren't leftovers to clean up & stir the substrate well, before your weekly water changes. That should be enough to keep it clean. There are no BW catfish for your puffer tank.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...
