Lake Snails

Post by Pufferpunk »

I was at a lake the other day & there were snails everywhere! Got a bag of about 500 of them & froze. My fahaka is in snail heaven, as is my Mantis shrimp.

Nope (I went camping in WI) but that's good to know! What about the lake at Schiller Woods?

Man, I always worry that the big juicy snails I find in the backyard whilst gardening would somehow infect my puff with, like, flesh-eating disease, or terminal giardia. You've never had problems with post-frozen collected snails?
