it was bisque-fired, i don't know if i'm going to glaze it or just prime and paint with acrylics because i have no idea what i want it to look like! and 3 of the spikes are already broken off :( so im going to have to glue them back on.

That's really well done!
I'm a fan of glaze, and maybe it might strengthen it a bit, and help hide the places you have to glue the spikes back on.

thanks, people! Yeah I like glazing, but I'll have to buy my own (and pay to get him fired again!) when I decide how to paint him because I most likely won't be in school, then.

I thought of that ,pp, like some kind of tie dye effect, but I kind of want him to look real.

It's so cool cause you can see a big ball of ashes in his mouth where the paper and tape were!

I would totally use blues and make a woad warrior style designs on it
