I thought she was dating some Nikki guy? Did that end?
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Since we only seem to have big snails in the snail breeder tank I decided to try crushing the large ones for the puffers. They loved them and devoured them. They bit the shell fragments a lot which is excellent
Let's see how long it takes to run out of the big ones

Re: What happened to you today :)
well yesterday: filled in for a friends softball team for a double header(2 games which were 7 innings each). pulled my right hamstring in the first inning of the first game running on one play and diving for a ball on the other play. couldnt really move too much after. trying to rub the cramp out of my thigh between pitches and innings. played through both games with this, only sitting for two innings but still hit a homerun and was able to (barely) make it around the bases. got done softball and a friend of mine goes "hey you know anyone looking to quit smoking" and i said yes actually i am. so he threw me a box and it was a whole electronic cigarette package brand new. so my nicotine-free life is en route... wish me luck lol

Yes you can, if you want it bad enough. It will be three years for me in January after smoking for 31 years.

Re: What happened to you today :)
I had two patients die on me this weekend, not good. The good part, one of the people was able to donate nearly all his organs, except one kidney (which is a shame because it was a rare perfect match for someone, like we grew him another one from her own cells). He was able to donate kidney, heart, both lungs, pancreas, liver, intestine, and both corneas. Away from organs he was able to donate tissue and bone. I found out through the transplant coordinator that the liver is going to a 15 year old, the kidney is going to 22 year old mom that has been 100% dialysis dependent since last fall, and the heart is going to a local man that is really well known to us..... The rest I'm not sure where they went.
The second patient was able to donate eyes, skin, heart vales, and pancreatic islet cells postmortem.

its more of a vapor smoke that disappears in seconds after exhaling. i definitely want to quit. i hate the taste it leaves in my mouth, the smell. dont know why i do it anymore. but i think a large part of it(as i have heard from multiple people) is the habit of going outside for 5 mins and the physical activity of putting the cigarette up to your mouth and all. another person i talked to says that a reason people gain weight is because of the action of going up to your mouth with something in your hand(putting food in your mouth has a similar action to smoking a cigarette). obiously without the nasty smoke/smell/taste. my boss is doing it too, he started last week and has definitely help him cut out the amount of cigarettes he smokes. not saying he takes less breaks, but instead of smoking a real cigarette every break he puffs on his electronic cigarette and only has a real cigarette sparingly. and this is a guy who when we went out for a break he would smoke two everytime. i was never like that i only would want one, and even by the end of one i didnt really enjoy it anymore. i havent full out tried it subbing out cigarettes for me throughout the day because im still reading up on it. seeing any positives/negatives in it. trying to do research that if i wean myself off cigarettes and strictly smoke the electronic one, whats to say i wont get addicted to the electronic one and want to keep smoking? lol im probably thinking about it too much and since theres no tobacco, just some sort of flavoring with natural oils, i probably wont get dependent on wanting those like taking a cigarette break.
