I'm wondering how much of J-P's post was tongue in cheek

He and I went to school together when young, but didn't talk much until a few years later. We became best friends and started dating in 2006. We've been steady for the past few years. :)

Yesterday, he took me to the Oregon Coast Aquarium and proposed to me in the Deep Sea. hehe

This is my ring

I'm tired, been doing water changes for most of the day. Between the puffers and the chameleons, I barely have time to sit down and relax! :)

I'm about to get myself fired and possibly enter the legal realm. I'm not being paid so I started doing some research. I wrote up a polite but to the point email for my boss. I asked for complete wage statements for all work periods, to be paid up to date immediately (I'm owed money for 1 month of work, about $800), AND I found out that I'm being paid less than minimum wage so I said I need to be paid that and be backpaid for all hours worked. I'm also kindly letting all the other employees know that ;)

Hehehe, he's not going to take it very well (he's slimey through and through). I don't care if I'm fired and if he doesn't pay me then I'll get the money in another way (make a complaint with the ESA or through lawyers). If he had just paid me none of this would have ever happened ;)

Thanks, I'm so frustrated with it all. Worst of all I keep my horse there so I worry about him being caught in the middle.

I need some good calming motivational vibes here though. Gotta keep my patience, head, and be efficient. I know of 2 other past employees that still haven't been paid.
