green spotted puffer?
green spotted puffer?
Hey guys i am wondering if a green spotted puffer would get along with my tire track eel. Iv herd them being fin nippers. So does anyone have both in the same tank?

GSPs require high brackish to full marine conditions when full grown.
Definitely would not work with that tier track eel.

and even in fresh water, he will most likely "investigate" the eel. wouldn't risk it.

Or the eel would "investigate" the puffer, seeing as the only way that it would work would be when the puffer was exremely young.
I've had my pink cichlid "investigate" a DP before. It didn't turn out well.

Eventually, but not 'cause of the cichlid. The cichlid was temporarily paralyzed, but we revived it thankfullypufferfreak wrote:Bye bye DP?

Some puffers like to "taste" eels quite frequently and leave little bite marks all down them.
