So I will be picking up a 75 gallon aquarium in the next couple days, once I get a place ready to set it up. I will be doing this tank full marine for a pair of GSPs.
I'm having a hard time deciding on how much and what kind of rock I need to begin with. I can get base rock at about $2 a pound from my LFS but will be ordering live rock online. This being the first time I've dealt with live rock I've been a little hesitant on ordering online just yet. Are there any types I should stay away from? I was leaning towards getting about 25lbs of Fiji to begin with and maybe add in a different type or two in a couple months to mix things up. Any suggestions on where to or not to order from online? I was looking at this website at what I think is a pretty good deal.

Anyone ordered from there?
Any other advice regarding rock I would appreciate as well. I want to make sure I do this right.

Check Craigslist. Folks always tearing down their tanks & selling stuff off there.

I actually have been and even posted an ad, no luck so far. I will continue to keep an eye out there for anything I may need though.Pufferpunk wrote:Check Craigslist. Folks always tearing down their tanks & selling stuff off there.
I live in a pretty small city so my options locally even through services like craigslist are very limited it seems.
