Leopards have a poor success rate, do to bed shipping practices. The eel could escape easily. The lion is cute & entertaining!

FDL = friggin' awesome.
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

haha i no we dicussed this but im gonna say the lionfish and if you really want an eel pick you could probably still get one depending on your tank size but it limits the fish you can get afterwards

Ghost eels are really docile. I would take the chance that if i kept him will fed he wouldn't eat the fish.

if your planning on putting him in that 40 gallon reef tank you are setting up you should be aware that eels tend to knock over corals when exploring at night, but it sounds like you have done your research

I read that Fu-manchus are difficult to get eating in captivity.
