Figure 8 puffer tank mates.

Tain't fresh, and tain't marine! Talk about brackish setups.

Figure 8 puffer tank mates.

Post by nesprim »

Hi, I am starting my new BW tank. I want to keep f8 singleton in it. I've read that they are doing well with BBG and Mollies. I think about:

1 F8
5 BBG
2 Black Mollies

Is it ok? I definitely don't want to overcrowd the tank. Thx for help :)

How large is the tank? My F8s ate all but 1 of my BBGs & killed the mollies.

Make sure it's heavily decorated.

Thanks for response!

I'm planning lots of caves and plants with wide leaves for my gobies. Should I keep mollies in the same sex? Better males or females? I don't want them to breed.

The molly fry would be food for the puffer.
