Fresh to Brackish Need Help!!
Hi All I have a green spotted puffer when I got him at my pet store he was in fresh water. I know he needs to be in brackish water so last night I added 1 gram of marine salt per litre of water in and bucket and let it stand over night(I did it as a 20% water change) this morning I removed 20% of the fresh water and added the 20% salt mix. apparently I have to do a couple of water changes and then I can add 2 grams of salt per litre I just want to know when I do the water changes how many should I do before I add 2 grams per litre also when I do the water changes do I add 1 gram per litre water change or do I just add fresh water. please help new to brackish conversions. Can I do daily water changes with 1 gram of salt per litre (20% water changes ) and next week I do Daily water changes and up my marine salt to 2 grams per litre?

You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...
