Cycling tank

Hi

I have a new 250 l (65 gal) tank.
I have 2 F8’s in a 30 gal FW tank
I want the sg in1.005
Do I just Start cycling in normal fw conditions and wen is fully cycled I add 001 per week or I just fill the tank already whith 1.005 water?

If you move over all the substrate, decor, filter media, all 30g of water & puffers, you will have a cycled tank.

Yes i know , but i want to make the new 65g in BW
and i already bought the aragonite substract and decors for the new tank,

I still think the media would support your fish, especially if boosted with a bottle of Safestart.
Keep an eye on the parameters for 2 weeks, & if stable, you can start raising the SG.
