Lighting for SAP

Post by Nelliott »

Hi guys
Just wondering what lighting people use in their SAP tanks. I am beginning to think they don't like strong lights but I need something to keep the plants growing and keep the puffers happy.
Any help would be much appreciated

I haven't got SAP's but I suspect that like most fish that size they will shy away from bright lighting. You could add a floating plant to make them feel more secure and tempt them out a bit.

They are not bothered in the slightest, any lights are accepted by them
It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly
