Water Hardener Help

My tap water is currently very soft. On the mains it varies here. It is 4 dkh. Tge tank is for my fahaka and heavily planted. I would ideally like this to come up to 7/8 dkh. Can anyone suggest a good hardener. I am using aquador but I could put the whole tub it would seminars with little change.

I would just use aragonite sand as the substrate.

Or a mesh bag of crushed coral (or any type of calcium carbonate) in the filter
