Zebra Plecos

Post by Mattbruce »

Hi Guys,

Decided to start breeding his Zebra Plecs.

Just wandering if anybody knows the tank size you would need for 1x Male and 3x Females to live comfortably in?

Cheers

I would not go smaller than a 30breeder or 40 breeder. I keep my group of 9 in a 75.

How much do zebra plecos cost by you? They're a fortune here!

I've found people who breed for pleasure rather than profit and they will sort you with 1 male 3 females for free if you collect.

But they start breeding around a year and a bit?

But if you master reproducing storm conditions you can get loads.

My guess if free, are not TRUE L46. They usually go for over $2,000 for a trio in the UK.

Super jealous of PPs plecs. The post of her golden nugget is what started me into oddball plecs.

It's amazing how easy maintenance is. If done regularly and thoroughly
