This morning I saw something dart just outside my field of vision, so I look over and just see some sort of rod sitting on the backside of the 3d background. Not sure what it is, though the best I can come up with is that it belongs to the Odonata order of insects. Probably came in with the new plants.

I took it out because I don't know what it is and I don't particularly like strange things in my tanks, but I am still curious what it is exactly.

Damselfly nymph. Fairly common hitch hiker from plants. Harmless.
