packaging and delivery are so-so... also heavy use of questionable ferts.
Check your local aquarium club first. Better quality and delivery.

You can get even better prices in the "Swap-and-Shop" section of plantedtank.net's forums. You have to be a member to view the forum, though.
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

Re: Aquarium Plants on eBay
I have has a few experiences with that company. Order once if you like. Just to test the "waters", but I can assure you that you can get better quality locally.
Another tip is they grow most of their plants emersive. You can tell by the substrate attached to the root structure. The plants themselves are good. Some may get crushed during transit. Some will not take to the aquarium... it is really a gamble with this company. I have had about a 50% success rate. Some of the stuff I ordered ended up being pesto in a bag and other stuff did very well.
Go local and you can't really go wrong.
+1 to LGP's planted tank suggestion. HUGE group.. that or APC (aquatic plant central). Try different things see what works and what doesn't work...

Re: Aquarium Plants on eBay
Ok cool thanks. I will definitely take a look. Yeah it sucks that I only have 2 LFS with a decent selection other than the half dozen Petsmarts and Walmarts around here.
