It'd hard to tell, but those bubbles almost make it look like the puff has ich, especially on the eye and the fin. Very cute 'little' guy, I have seen one other member that accidentally bought one of these and was dually disappointed.

oralacerta: i think he may have it but it come and goes, the guy who is taking him will treat him as i believe the stress of the trip will only bring it out again
