I still need to try an earthworm so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I also need to try garlic. Just wondering if anyone has suggestions? I can try live brine again... will give water parameters when I get it tested later today at my lfs, yes they use the liquid kit but had it tested before I brought him home and my nitrates were high so I did a 50% water change before putting him in. :/ he still looks about the same as the pics I posted. No obvious signs of stress, the coloring is fine. Maybe it's just a hunger strike that I heard about?
Update: I knew they'd be irresistible to her!

Fortunately I can't remember if my puff has ever gone on hunger strike but with other fish in the past I went the live brine shrimp, increased water changes and thorough filter clean route - but I'm sure that you keep a very clean tank.
By the way that vid makes me want to go out and get him a bag of live brine shrimp!

Ha! I think he's still getting used to the tank so I have to be careful not to freak him out :/ like I tried an earthworm but heaven forbid the big bad feeding tongs get near him! XD

What kind of filter is this on a SW tank? You should be using live rock & a protein skimmer ONLY for a SW system. Sorry for your loss.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...

I know, it was a hob for water flow and I had blocked off the intake with live rock
