normal or stressed?

I have a narrow lined puffer. He is very small, abut 4 inches long and has been with me for a month. He curls his tail often. He eats a good amount but stays in the back of the tank and rarely comes to the front. He is one of the smaller in the tank but there are no bullies. He is in a 125 gal tank
His belly is pure white, eyes are crystal clear and rips food apart. His tail opens up and fans out every once in a while but often it is curled.
Is this normal or is he stressed?

Need more info on the set up, tankmates and how your water tests read. Could be stress or a million other things to be honest

Have a look at night, could be a nightime bully. 4 clowns in a 125 could be any one of them placing dominance. What type of wrasses? Many can be super snacky. Possibly just stress, however after a month that should've passed. Watch your tank closely its likely another factor i.e. Bullying
