Any idea what these are? And how to get rid of them?

Not sure what I'm looking at?

This is my reticulated puffer, on his fins there is some type of parasite, there are three in the pictures. They appear to haveba round body and two white tentacles. There are two on the front side down in the area before the fin starts and one on the back, near the top.

I would treat the tank with Metro for 2 weeks.
